Troy has appeared in many popular TV shows as wells as numerous films and theatre productions. In addition to her varied acting credits she is also an acknowledged producer as well as a trained dancer and martial artist.

Her ability to perform action work came through studying Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do, Filipino Stick Fighting and Kali. Troy is a member of the Inosanto Academy Of Martial Arts in Marina Del Rey, CA; where she continues to train in a number of different styles and systems. She is an Apprentice level 1 Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto.
