Martial Arts

Troy Titus-Adams was introduced to the world of Martial Arts when she attended a class taught by Guro David Onuma at the Bob Breen Academy in London. Studying Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do, Filipino Stick, Sword and Knife, BJJ, Kali and Silat.

To date she is an Apprentice Level 2 Instructor under Guro David Onuma's Combined Fighting Systems. Guro Onuma is an Associate level 5 under Guro Dan Inosanto who was Bruce Lee's best friend and training partner. Guro Dan Inosanto has truly inspired generations of martial artists and continues to "blow away" peoples minds with his skill,grace and humility.

Troy is a member of the Inosanto Academy Of Martial Arts in Marina Del Rey, CA; where she continues to train in a number of different martial art styles and systems. She feels very blessed and honoured to be able to train with Guro Dan weekly! She is currently an Apprentice Level 1 Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto.
